Apartments on the hottest edge of University City

Where Walnut Hill and Spruce Hill neighborhoods meet, something special has begun - a multifamily renaissance that respects the neighborhood style but provides spacious 2 bedroom apartments and the density developer's are looking for. This project consists of almost 100 units, built in four phases. Each phase of 18 apartments, taking only a few months from modular set to completion.

If you have interest in building your own multifamily modular project, look to us to increase your volume and turnaround time without sacrificing quality or increasing  your costs.

No one will block your view - or your parking space

Private cul-de-sac street means ample parking, extremely low through traffic and a ridge-line commanding view. The homes have balconies on every floor and a full roof deck to take advantage of the gorgeous panoramas and city skyline sights. 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms combine an upper floor living plan option to give you the most choice in your home's future use. Over 2,000 square feet, a roof-top bar, custom built-in cabinetry throughout and a monster kitchen/dining area combine to create a comfortable home with plenty of space (don't forget the square footage in the ready-to-finish basement that will take this home over 3,000 square feet). There's still time to customize.

Award winning cluster of homes

This group of four townhomes is located on bustling Ridge Avenue in Roxborough and was designed to provide a private and quiet escape for its residents in the middle of an urban landscape. The homes were fabricated off-site and finished by our local team. Each home provided great value for the end buyers and were sold for just under $400,000 each. The development was honored with a national award for the best modular home under 2,000 square feet by the National Association of Home Builders' - Building Systems Council, the trade association representing prefabricated construction throughout the US.

We don't normally renovate - but how could we resist?

This estate sized property sits on more than 1.5 acres and was in danger of being demolished to make way for new homes. We managed to make the best of both worlds by saving the home and lovingly restoring the interior while we worked with the neighborhood to design a responsible development plan for the remaining ground. For more information on the community being built behind the Manor, see Leverington Mews. Don't forget to check out some of the "After" photos below first.
